Our company structures services and fees to best fit the needs of each owner. We can provide a full service program, which includes all accounting (with the exception of tax prep), rent collections, budgeting, vendor bidding and programming, maintenance, tenant relations, and leasing.

In certain cases we assist owners in project rehabilitation including capital improvements, market positioning, and re-tenanting of the asset. We are also very active in the financing arena and can assist owners in appropriately placing equity and debt on their property.
