About MCM Diversified
MCM Diversified, Inc. is a full service real estate management company providing assistance and guidance in accounting, maintenance, project rehabilitation, financing, and leasing of commercial real estate. We currently own and manage over 2.5 million square feet of professional and medical office, retail and industrial projects throughout the San Francisco bay area. All Asset Managers hold real estate brokers licenses and in some cases contractors licenses.
The company structures services and fees to best fit the needs of the owner. We can provide a full service program, which includes all accounting (with the exception of tax prep), rent collections, budgeting, vendor bidding and programming, maintenance, tenant relations and leasing. In certain cases we assist owners in project rehabilitation including capital improvements, market positioning and re-tenanting of the asset. We are also very active in the financing arena and can assist owners in appropriately placing equity and debt on their property.
Martin is the President of MCM Diversified. He is responsible for asset management of commercial buildings and also serves as development partner with Barry Swenson Builder in several Bay Area projects. Prior to forming his company in 1994, Mr. Menne served for eight years as Director of Marketing and Asset Manager for the Sammis Company, now known as the Sares/Regis Group.
Mr. Menne is a 4th generation Californian, and a 1985 graduate of the University of Southern California from the School of Policy, Planning and Development, in Los Angeles, California. Mr. Menne is marrie4d with three daughters. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with this family and playing guitar with friends.
Jeff is Vice President of MCM Diversified and is recognized as a Certified Property Manager (CPM) through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). He oversees the daily operation of the Asset Managers. He has extensive experience in all phases of property management an works with each Asset Manager to bring every property to its’ full potential. Jeff is a California licensed Real Estate Broker and General Building Contractor. Prior to coming on board with MCM Diversified, Inc. he worked as construction project manager with Class A buildings throughout the Bay Area.
Jeff graduated from Hampshire College in Amherst, MA with a degree in economics. In his spare time, Jeff enjoys sailing and tennis with his wife and three children.
Executive Assistant and Human Resource
Joanne provides support for the executive staff and oversees the support staff in addition to creating and implementing company policy. Joanne is very detailed oriented and uses her multitasking skills on a broad range of tasks. She sets up new business entities and oversees the refinancing process of commercial assets. In addition, Joanne maintains the company website with new listings and administers employee benefit packages.
Joanne earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a minor in Psychology from San Jose University. Joanne enjoys spending time with her two sons, friends and supporting the arts.
Tom is an Asset Manager at MCM Diversified maintaining a mixed use portfolio of over half million square feet. Tom brings to the job a strong understanding of mechanical and facility related knowledge. As such, Tom is able to bring added value to properties that face facility and engineering challenges. Tom’s properties include Class B office space, mixed use industrial as well as pre-manufactured housing.
Tom is a graduate of San Jose State University with a B.S. in Business Administration. Tom is married with a daughter, and when not working, he enjoys camping, fishing and photography.
Richard serves as our in-house accountant and controller. He has over 30 years of experience In a variety of accounting disciplines. He is responsible for full charge bookkeeping in accounting and the ultimate financial oversight of all the properties in the portfolio. In addition to his vast knowledge, Richard makes himself accessible to the property owners and tenants to answer questions and provides information. This effort ensures transparency and excellent communication between the asset owners and our customers.
Richard graduated from San Jose State University with a B.S. in Accounting. Richard is a licensed Tax Preparer and is a member of the California Tax Counsel. In his spare time, Richard enjoys spending time with his wife, two boys and fishing.
Lynne brings over 15 years of experience in commercial property facilities management. She works closely with tenants, service providers and construction companies to synthesize and achieve the most practical solutions to both small and large facilities challenges. Lynn’s “hands on” oversight brings her directly to the tenant to understand their needs to ensure the required scope of work is delivered on time and on budget. Her valuable effort ensures a strong relationship between tenant and building owners. Her excellent communication skills combined with her vast practical knowledge ensures a continued relationship between building owners and tenants. In her time away from work, Lynne enjoys traveling, gardening and reading.
Christine is an Asset Manager at MCM Diversified and is responsible for maintaining a mixed use portfolio of office, retail and medical buildings, exceeding half a million square feet.
She has over 15 years of experience managing multi-tenant and single use projects. Her strong management skill set has enabled her to bring new projects on-line as well as maintain her portfolio at a high industry standard. Prior to coming aboard at MCM Diversified, Christine has worked at other companies such as South Bay Development, Green Valley Corporation and The Irvine Company.
Christine is a graduate of San Jose State University with a BA in Communications. In addition to work, she enjoys gardening, cooking, cycling and spending time with family and friends.
Patrick Prindle manages the Monterey Bay Portfolio for MCM Diversified. After graduating from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo he joined the Amercicorp VISTA program and was positioned with Habitat for Humanity strategizing new home construction in Clallam County Washington. He also participated in a similar project rebuilding homes in Mississippi for families that had been displaced by Hurricane Katrina. He is a third generation Santa Cruzan and currently resides in the City with his wife and two children.
In addition to being a licensed CA Real Estate Broker, Patrick holds a designation as a Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM). He is also active in the community with a seat on the Downtown Commission, acting as an advisory board for City Council. He is also a member of the Downtown Management Corporation (DMC) overseeing the Cooperative Retail Management District.
